Freeze triple point of water cells easily with Hart’s Model 2031A Immersion Freezer. The 2031A consists of a freezing tube filled with low freezing-point refrigerant, a condensing reservoir, and a convenient stand. Just fill the reservoir with dry ice and alcohol, and insert the 2031A freezing tube in your triple point of water cell, and without the need of constant attention, an ice mantle will form in about 40 minutes. The refrigerant condenses in the reservoir, runs the length of the freezing tube, and automatically recycles itself.
